Damien Quigley
Director, Senior Engineer
Damien was instrumental in establishing and building the full spectrum of consulting services under one umbrella at Lenztech Surveying & Engineering Ltd. He has extensive experience in and is passionate about leadership and operational management. He has the ability to co-ordinate delivery of multi-disciplinary construction projects.
He is a member of Engineers Ireland with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil & Transportation Engineering (2006).
Damien has a strong background in Civil Infrastructural projects and Hydrological experience. Damien has the ability to deliver a seamless, well-rounded service to all Lenztech clients. Within his professional career he has obtained engineering experience within planning, design and analysis, tender and contract documentation, management as well as construction supervision on National Road Projects and also specialises in the provision of healthcare facilities.
Simon Hogan
Director, Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager
Simon brings a wide range of skills & abilities to the practice and benefits from having both professional & on-site practical experience. He has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years and holds a Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying & BSc in Architectural Design & Technology. He has also recently qualified as a Passive House designer to ensure our practice is industry leading when it comes to knowledge of sustainable design & construction detailing.
He has a strong track record of being able to deliver each project to its full potential and has vast experience in the fields of Quantity Surveying, Project / Contracts Management, Architectural Design, Planning and Site Development. Simon has
experience in both the private & commercial sector and has also worked on some notable projects such as Facebook’s Data Centre in Clonee, Intel Leixlip and the Luas Cross City project.
Simon strives to develop excellent working relationships with our clients by providing an approachable & professional service which is evidenced by a repeat client base & referrals.
Kevin Staunton
Associate Director, Chartered Engineer
Chartered Civil Engineer with multidisciplinary engineering design, construction and project management skills. With more than 20 years of extensive experience in planning, design and construction supervision, he offers a diversified array of engineering services and skills on projects in the built environment (Commercial, Residential,
Industrial, Education,Industrial & Infrastructural).
Kevin was instrumental in assisting with the expansion of services offered by Lenztech to its client base and his expertise in the engineering field has allowed the continued growth of the company.
